The challenge
CSI serves six distinct customer types — body shops, insurers, vehicle owners, dealerships, fleets, and manufacturers — each with different needs and vocabulary. The previous site buried that segmentation and made it hard for any audience to self-identify.
What we built
We restructured the site around audience entry points with dedicated paths for each customer type, clear service-line pages for PDR and hail response, and lead capture tuned to qualified commercial inquiry. Navigation mirrors how prospects actually evaluate catastrophe repair partners.
