The challenge

Roof Top operates three distinct businesses in the insurance and roofing claims space — contractor supplements, contractor consulting, and homeowner public adjusting. Each branch speaks to a different audience with different urgency, but they share DNA: former insurance insiders and roofing professionals who know both sides of the table. They needed three sites that feel like one company, each doing a specific job without confusing visitors about which door to walk through.

What we built

We built a shared Roof Top design system across all three branches — consistent structure, typography, and trust signals — while tailoring each site's information architecture to its buyer. Supplements leads with the ethical supplement process and contractor onboarding. Consultants maps services from free claim reviews through specialty roofing. Public Adjusters speaks calmly to stressed policyholders with clear advocacy messaging and damage intake forms.

Outcomes

  • Three branch sites with audience-specific UX under one cohesive brand
  • Contractor paths for supplements and consulting with clear service breakdowns
  • Policyholder-focused public adjusting site with residential and commercial intake
  • Unified hosting and management — one in-house team, full brand context

We run three branches under Roof Top — supplements, consulting, and public adjusting. Each site speaks to a different audience, but 704 keeps the brand cohesive. One team handles all of it — no re-explaining our business every time we need a change.
